Tender savings are shared

When our tender beats the estimate, we split the saving with you 50/50. We make money by saving you money.

Assessment

Know what you're buying — before you commit.

Tier 1

Management

Full independent management, from brief to handover.

Management — published scale

A sliding fee on the works budget. The bigger the project, the lower the percentage.

Up to €150K10–12% (min. €9,000)
€150–500K8–10%
€500K–1M6–8%
Over €1M5–6% or fixed

For example

A 300 m² villa refurbishment at about €1,500/m² is €450K of works — roughly €36–45K to manage it, against an architect at 6–10% and a tender that often saves more than the fee itself.

Add-on

Interior design

Optional design through a vetted partner (priced per m² or fixed) plus a small management uplift for coordination. Added only if your project needs it.
